LAKSHAY JINDAL
Founder & President
Mr. Jindal completed his B.A.,
LL.B from Lloyd Law College with first division. He is currently practicing as
an independent counsel at the High Court of Punjab & Haryana. He has
earlier worked with Law Commission of India, AoR Joel, AoR Shriya Maini etc.
His has several publications in
his name including Article titled "Judicial Delinquency and Delay in
Disposal of Cases: Myths and Realities" published in National Law Day
Conference Proceedings by Law Commission of India & NITI Aayog,
"Transgender: Why Should We Care?", "Constitutionalism: A
philosophy that abhors absolutism", "Injustice to Environment".
He was commended with Letter of
Appreciation by Law Commission of India and also felicitated by Padma Bhushan
Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon for organizing numerous events counting CLEA Regional
Conference, Faculty Development Programme, and International Humanitarian Law
Summer School. He has inspired students to excel in law-in-practice and has also been associated with Lloyd Law College in the capacity of NGO representative and mentor the Lloyd-Trial Advocacy Cell,
Lloyd-Civil Practice Cell etc.
LOKESH BULCHANDANI
Co-Founder & Secretary
Mr. Bulchandani is working with
Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys. He also holds distinguished
membership of International Council of Jurists (ICJ), London. He has previously
worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., ILA in Washington D.C
(U.S.A), AZB & Partners, Competition Commission of India, Fox Mandal,
Saikishna & Associates, Nishith Desai Associates etc. and many more leading
law firms. He is well known for his interpretation skills.
He was facilitated with Letter
of Appreciation by Lloyd Law College for conducting guest lectures, workshops and
training sessions where he has also introduced Corporate Law Practice Center
for the students in the year 2017-18. He was awarded with Merit Scholarship for
outstanding Academic performance by Amity Law School, Noida as a university
topper with 9.14 SGPA in his final semester. In his law school, he has
participated in various national and international Asian and British
Parliamentary Debates and was felicitated as a Best Core Adjudicator in the
International Law Fest 2018.
MANU LAKHOTIYA
Vice-President
Mr. Lakhotiya is a graduate of Lloyd Law
College and thereafter he started his career by providing legal aid services
and free legal consultations to helpless people especially in regard to
Consumer laws and their statutory consumers’ rights and powers. He is the
founder and Partner of Panacea Legum Practitioners. He has pervasive experience
in the areas of matrimonial laws, contract laws, criminal laws, and laws related
to consumers, DRT and RERA.
He regularly gets associated with Prayas Sewa
Samiti and Om Charitable Blood Bank to organize Blood Donation Camp. He was
felicitated by Lloyd Law College in honour of judging Lloyd Impromtu Moot Court
Competition in 2020. His paper titled “Crime of Aggression and International
Criminal Justice” has been published by Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law
in association with Surana & Surana International Attorneys.
SHIVANG SURANA
Founder and Executive Member
Mr. Surana pursued his higher studies in Masters of Business Information Management at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. He has completed his graduation in B.Com from Delhi University and schooling from Gita Niketan Awasiya Vidyalaya, Kurukshetra. He holds an experience of working with an NGO named Sankalp, where he had managed civil services camp for the school students. Apart from managing his family business, he has worked as a Hotel Manager. Adding more, he has worked as a business analyst with Adactin Group Ptv. Ltd. At present, he is working with in a company Elevate support care as a business analyst.
ANKIT MITTAL
Co-Founder and Treasurer
Mr. Mittal is a final year student of B.A.,
LL.B at Lloyd Law College. He is a Judicial Aspirant. He has keen interest in
working for Nation and has been working for various NGO's including Karuna
Foundation to serve the Nation in every possible way.
He has secured best memorial award in Sir
Syed and Surana & Surana National Criminal Law Moot Competition. Besides
this he has participated in Surana & Surana National Tort Law Moot
Competition and 11th Pro Bono Environment National Moot Court Competition,
2017. His publications include research article titled “Universal protection of
human rights- its evolution and development” published in Jus Imperator Journal
and article titled “Joseph Shine v. Union of India- Critical Review” published
in White Black Legal Law Journal. He has also presented Research papers on
"Changing Dimensions of Juvenile in India" and " Juvenile
Justice in India: Status and Challenges" and “Access to Justice for Poor:
Right to Free Aid & Services" in national conferences.
RAKSHIT SHRIVASTAVA
Mr. Shrivastava completed his High School
from St. Montfort School, Bhopal and is currently pursuing B.A.LL.B from Lloyd
Law College. He has worked with various Advocates, Law Firms and Companies
including Advani & Co., Ericsson, Adv. Wajahat Ansari (Supreme Court of
India), Lex AV Attorneys, Alba Law Offices, Bathiya Legal, Adv. Sunil
Chaturvedi.
He has also participated in various Moot
Court Competitions and Quizzes where he has been honoured with different awards
including Runner Up position in National Quiz Competition, organized by Noida
Chapter of NIRC of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is an
awardee of Best Memorial in the Philomath National Virtual Moot Court, 2020. He
has several publications in his name including Article titled “CSR: A Study of
Reliance Industries Ltd” published in International Journal of Law Management
& Humanities.
MAYANK RANA
Mr.
Mayank Rana completed his graduation in B.Tech (Chemical engineering) from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology,
Patiala. He is currently working at Ambuja Cements Ltd. in production and
quality control department and he is responsible for running the plant operations
from central control room.
Mr.
Rana holds work experience with DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals Limited where
he has worked on designing the venting system of classic plant, optimizing the
distillation column without any major capital expenditure and design of
pressure safety valve etc. He
is widely interested and skilled in AUTOCAD, Aspen Software and Microsoft
Office. He has also taken part in Capstone Project, Catapult Project and project
of Deigning and calculating the area of heat exchanger.
RAHUL GARG
Mr.
Rahul Garg completed his graduation in B.Tech in Electronics and Communications
Engineering (ECE)) from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. He is currently working as Senior Consultant Gurgaon office of Capgemini
(India) which is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation,
technology and engineering services company. He holds work experience of more
than 9 years in this field.
